We can help with onboarding your signatories, entities, accounts and signature lists onto the application, and this is usually done very quickly.
For customers with very large amounts of signatory information, we utilise a bulk upload feature.

Once live, new or existing workflows can be used to determine any changes to signatory personnel and their authority levels. Colleagues, external counterparts and banks can be provided with read-only access to relevant signatory information and lists.
